It did not begin to cool off until midnight, and the fact that the windows cannot be left open until tenants arrive contributes to the problem. The fenced yard came in handy when our dog sitter bailed on us last minute.It was a last minute decision to spend time in Estes Park, so finding this place at such a decent price was amazing.Our host, Nathan, was so attentive and helpful in finding restaurants and things to do. Would recommend and consider staying here again if we have a small group, 4 people or less.」
