These charming 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, 2-level condos have been fully remodeled in a tasteful, mountain-modern style and promise an unforgettable vacation for couples, friends, or families seeking relaxation and adventure amidst breathtaking mountain scenery.

** Because of the close proximity to the river, it should be noted that this property may not be suitable for families with small children. Perfect space for family. Location with seating by the creek was where we spent a majority of the time. Short drive to go to the Stanley,. Grocery Stores and pharmacy. A special place. Within Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. I hope to return again. Highly Recommended.

Great location, very clean, spacious, nice patio by the river and good amenities. Location made it easy to get to RMNP and it was a very easy nice walk to the shops. We got lucky and some elk came to the river for our own personal viewing! It was a festival weekend while we were there and there was a nice concert at the pavilion across from our unit. We were able to listen from the comfort of the unit’s front balcony. The unit and area are delightfully quiet even with the concert as it ended by 8:30. We really appreciated the modern aesthetic and tasteful decor. It made our time at the unit very comfortable. We hope to stay here again!!

This is our second time staying here,we love it. The condo is very clean, you have a view of the river the front and back of the property. You are also walking distant to shopping and restaurants.If you plan on going to RNP it is a five minute drive. Rental company is easy to communicate with!

Cozy, comfortable, and close to downtown

Check-in was a breeze with the access code provided well in advance. The place was spotless and well cared for. Plenty of towels and extra blankets to accommodate all guests. Cookware and dinnerware were plentiful and of excellent quality. Minutes from shops and restaurants. Also less than a 10 minute drive from Rocky Mountain National Park entrance.

Was a wonderful property just as advertised, breakfast by the creek was wonderful, the girls and I had a fantastic trip . easy walk to restaurants and downtown. Clean and well appointed.

Rocky National Park

Property was perfect! View of the river from the front and back of the property. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and bars. The property was tucked away, so it was very quiet. We will be staying here again!

River pointe property review

We absolutely loved this vacation rental. The home was beautiful and clean, the area felt very safe and family friendly, and the river view was wonderful. It's also walking distance from the strip which was very convenient. Will definitely be staying here again!

This condo looked brand new and was very well decorated. Location was great - a nice short walk along river to downtown. The building was right on Fall River - five feet from the edge of the patio and your in the river. This made for relaxation on the patio and great sleep with the sound of the river out your window. Highly recommended.

Great Location and Amenities

This location is newly built and it shows. The decor is tasteful and it seems like they have thought of everything a visitor would need to make the most of their time there. Located next to the river, the water is accessible and the sound of rushing water can be enjoyed on the porch, your room or in the family room with the sliding doors open.
