The bike path/ walking path are just a few steps away. Estes Park Lake and marina are near by and boasts activities from paddle boating to fishing.

The condo is available for year round rental.

Cleaning was over priced we had to leave towels in dryer. Coffee maker had dirty filter left in it. Patio window dirty! Dining table dirty! Paper towel dirty on top, no recycling. Pillows flat!!! Had to find dumpster to remove all garbage before leaving. Batteries dead in remote and clock!! No smoking and we smelt pot smoke in hallway! No pets and got woke up by barking dog!!

Overall a big disappointment. It was very clean and a convenient location. But that’s where the good stops. The mattress was wrapped in some kind of plastic so every slight movement made this terrible crunchy sound. Then the bedroom window had blinds and a sheer curtain, so when the sun rose (the window faces East) the light would blare into the room. Don’t expect to get ANY sleep. When we arrived, the neighbor across the hallway had all windows open, blaring loud music. This happened every evening. Less than 24 hours before we arrived we were told that the washer was broke and no ETA of being fixed. I had to initiate the conversation to get any kind of follow up. Then was basically told they didnt know when parts would be in and I should just go to a laundromat. No mention of any accommodation, when I explained a washer and dryer was a main reason I was staying there. The place is bare bones, don’t expect any kind of extras whatsoever. You can definitely tell this place is run by a property management company and not an individual. I would not recommend this place, look elsewhere.

A very nice place but not exactly what we expected.

We found the unit to be very clean and well furnished. The photos on the VRBO site suggested it to be a bit more remote and rustic, though, instead of a unit in a condo complex. The surrounding residents were very friendly.I'd suggest more subdued bulbs in the chandelier over the dining table (bright enough for an OR!) and maybe a dimmer, and more than one mirror in the unit would have been nice.Only three stars for communication because when we found that the sheets for the fold-out sofa bed didn't fit we texted the manager and never received a response.Overall, a very nice place and we'd consider staying there again.

Restful in the Rockies

Dated but comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Operating the TV was challenging-no local stations. Plastic wrap on mattress was noisy. We enjoyed being there and it met our needs.

Almost perfect stay

The condo was great. The only complaint if there has to be one is the bed was hard and not enough pillows as they were a little flat. That is us really really really nit picking tho. I would recommend this stay for anyone.

Back Again!

I believe this year's week stay was our 6th. As always, clean and comfortable. I believe there was a new owner, and they have made a few changes/updates. As always, we find the location perfect for "backdooring" the main east entrance by avoiding going through downtown and perfect for going the other eastside entrances or going to areas further south outside of the park. Property manager has always been very helpful if needed.

Clean and comfortable place super close to RMNP!

My friend and I had a great stay at this condo. It's a perfect location - so close to Rocky Mountain National Park and downtown Estes Park! It's nothing fancy but had almost everything we needed and was more affordable than many of the other options. The sofa bed was more comfortable than most, and I'm a picky sleeper. We appreciated having a full kitchen and a lovely view of the mountains. There were a few small things that could have been improved: we got in late at night and had a bit of a hard time finding the building, so more detailed check in instructions would have been helpful. It was hard to see the parking spot numbers so we accidentally parked in the wrong space. Most of the lighting throughout the condo was extremely harsh, bright, white daylight kind of lighting that made it feel a bit cold and not cozy. The nonstick cookware and some of the cooking implements seemed pretty cheap and were scratched/broken, and we didn't feel great about cooking with degrading plastic. These are all pretty simple fixes that I hope the owners can change to make this place A+!

Excellent value; Great location with a Free Summer Shuttle!

This place was perfect for my stay for my 2+ week stay in Estes Park. While I was there mainly for climbing and hiking, and had a rental car, the place is also at a Shuttle stop for the Silver Line, whose route takes you around the area with several stops (I believe the Shuttle is seasonal). The apartment was clean and quiet and perfect for my stay. The price makes this gem one of the best values in Estes Park. Thank you, Steve!

The apartment was clean and kitchen was nice. We thought the lock box for the keys was a little tricky, but okay once we figured it out. The mattress on the bed was “creaky” but overall comfortable. The owner asked that we start a load of towels before we left, but we didn’t see any laundry detergent. Overall we enjoyed our time in Estes Park.

My only issue is that when I asked it it were a 1st floor condo and was told yes, no one mentioned the 5 steps required to get to front door from the ramp. Not usually an issue, this time it was - luggage for a 2 week trip and my husband injured prior to my question so it was difficult for him and I felt a need to watch him closely on the steps. Lindab

Excellent visit!

Very nice, clean condo for the 2 of us! Had everything we needed & was in a great, quiet location. Saw several elk grazing on the property’s lawn the first morning of our stay! The bugling bull elk were commonly heard in the area. What a lovely time to visit with the beautiful fall colors & the elk rut!

Lock box code provided was incorrect. Had to contact owner. Lock box is outdated. Carpet was stained. Towel service (washing) was not provided but should be included. Not owners fault but someone in building was smoking pot and Oder was apparent especially in the hallway.

4 night stay at Estes Park condo

The condo was very well equipped with everything, and it was very clean. The only problem I'd like to mention is that the pull-out sofa bed was not comfortable for sleeping. One of the cushions that served as mattress had collapsed as well the supports underneath. That caused an indentation which made it uncomfortable for sleeping. But apart from that, the condo was perfect for us and we enjoyed our stay there very much.

Great location

We enjoyed our time in Estes. We had a couple minor issues with the apartment. The property manager was very quick at taking care of the issues for us. The property is just a short drive from the Main St and Rocky Mountain NP. I would definitely stay at this location again.
