Relax in the seasonal community hot tub (June–August) or enjoy the pool while taking in the fresh mountain air. Only 2.8 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park and 4 miles to downtown Estes Park. This is a really outstanding property. The views are indeed gorgeous. There is a lot of lovely deck space and an inside conversation area so folks can be together, but there is lots of privacy so folks who need some alone time can get it. The kitchen is first-rate and it provides a lot of the things that there often isn't enough of (water glasses, coffee mugs) — we felt like it was just very well-equipped.There is no large table to sit down for dinner, so that if that is something you need for your gathering, this place doesn't have it. We were mostly casual for breakfast and lunches and had dinner out so it made no difference to us.In 15 minutes or so, you are in the park; you can be at Bear Lake in about 35 minutes. It is also a very quiet place, which we really appreciated.

We were in town for a wedding so our family stayed here. It was perfect that we all had our own room. The main bedrooms are accessed by stairs. Which is fine, but as my mother ages, I have to keep that in mind. It’s about 10 minutes from everything. Beautiful view. Nice deck to relax and bbq. Kitchen was stocked generously. And the host had nice touches like aloe vera and lotion for our dry hands!

This place is amazing and a great value. The host and people responsible for maintaining the place are very responsive and accommodating. My one issue is the lack of lights that worked, the amount of light switches, and how they should be labeled. I probably spent two hours trying to figure out what switch did what and still could not find switches for certain light fixtures. The kitchen had 6 lights and only three were operational. Some lamps were sketchy, and flickered. The carpet could use updating as well.

Really enjoyed the property. Had a little trouble connecting with management on the second day to figure out pool info and Wi-Fi; otherwise we had a great stay!

When we arrived, there was debris from drywall repair all over the unit. Maintenance was called and the women came and cleaned immediately. The whole unit has major problems with the HVAC and vents, temperatures ciuld not be regulated. There were numerous deferred maintenance issues with the home. One bed collapsed from broken slats, which was repaired upon request. The railing on the deck was not safe. The ramp to front door railing is rotten. Major concern was there were no smoke detectors in any of the bedrooms. Front door lock was loose, front door needs repaired. Hot tub was not working.
