Exceptional Luxury3 bedroom apartment located in the beachfront urbanisation of Bahia del Velerin, situated at the Marbella Golden Mile between the popular coastal towns of Marbella and Estepona.This fully renovated luxury property is the perfect holiday escape for families, groups and couples, providing uninterrupted sea views, exquisite furnishings, and all the comforts expected of 5+star accommodation. The urbanisation is fully gated, has 24/7 security, a stunning lagoon style pool with bar, and direct access to the beach!

The front door opens to a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a dining area and living room, to the right, a corridor leads to the apartment’s 3 bedrooms. The elegant kitchen features a practical breakfast island, brand-new top-of-the-line appliances, finger-pull cabinetry and ample countertop space. The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils expected of a luxury rental property, perfect for those guests that enjoy cooking and entertaining from home. The kitchen looks over the dining area (seating for 6) and living room, which is beautifully furnished with reclined chairs and deep sofa facing a large smart Bang & Olufsen TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime etc) hung on the wall above a fireplace.

The living room is bathed in natural light from the large sliding window that gives access to the property’s private terrace. The terrace has spectacular sea, beach and swimming pool views, and is furnished with alfresco dining area (6 seats) and relaxed seating area.

The master bedroom epitomises luxury and comfort. From theKingsize bed, soft furnishings and soft muted colours, guests are sure to feel relaxed and at home. The ensuite bathroom integrates directly with the bedroom, providing a double wash basin, free standing luxury bathtub and separate rainfall shower. The two additional guest bedrooms are equally beautifully furnished and share access to a large bathroom with rainfall shower. Both bathrooms feature heated floors and heated towel rails.

The apartment has centralised air conditioning (hot and cold) in all rooms and strong fibre optic WIFI. Included in the rental of the property is access to a private underground parking space. The property is + 200Sqm of Luxury high-end open area with large terrace facing direct the beach and pool area.

Bahia del Velerin is located Full Frontline Beach @ Marbella Golden Mile between the 5* Las Dunas and Kempinski hotels and has several restaurants within walking distance. The community is fully gated and offers 24-hour security, a fantastic pool area with a snack bar, well-maintained sub-tropical gardens and direct access to the best beach in the area. Less than 10 minutes by car to Marbella’s most famous hotspot Puerto Banus and all its amenities and numerous outdoor activities, including tennis, padel, golf, hiking, horse riding and more. Both Gibraltar International Airport and Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport are just 40 minutes away by car.

Beautiful apartment

We had a wonderful time staying in this gorgeous apartment, which is super spacious and beautifully decorated. The pool area is also lovely as are the gardens around the property, and the apartment balcony has lovely views.The beach is within a moment’s walk and there’s a great beach bar nearby, but other than that there’s no other restaurants/bars/shops within walking distance really - but there’s plenty within a short drive! Would highly recommend this place for a quiet and relaxing stay.
