「Alles gut, alles wie beschrieben, es waren auch Kaffeepads, Mineralwasser, eine kleine Auswahl an Getränken bereits im Kühlschrank. Rund um ein toller Service.」

「We have overall had a nice stay for one month in the apartment. A nice apartment and clean surroundings with pool and tennis. The placement is like 1,5 hour walking distance to Estepona, so would recommend a car, if you are staying here. There is not much kitchen equipment, only the basic you need. Other than that there is only sun at the balcony After 17 o’ clock, but then its good that there is a Nice pool area. We had a Nice stay, and Brian was Nice and helpful with all the questions we had....

「The location is very good, you can walk to the beach and to the center of San Pedro within minuts. By car Puerta Banus is 10 minuts away. The apartment was large, beautiful and with a nice large terras.」

「Positives : Greeted by a nice bottle of wine. Location is excellent. Not to far from Old Town and Port. Close to Food shopping ( Mercadona, Lidl ) and highways. The flat is clean and well appointed; as is the development in general. In unit washer/dryer ( rare in Spain ) appreciated. Lots of storage and closets. 「Lugar entrañable, óptimo para descansar con unas vistas muy altas de la zona ideales para disfrutar de atardeceres y amaneceres relajantes en el jacuzzi. Con todo lo necesario para el día a día. Una gran piscina dónde mantener tus actividades deportivas, que vendrán a ser sus medidas de unos 9x5 m. Delos propietarios, decir que son muy hospitalarios y llenos de detalles. Han sido unos buenos y bonitos dias en buena compañía por parte de todos.」

「Our holiday in Estepona was wonderful. The apartment is beautifully furnished and offers every comfort. Everything is new and of very high quality. You can enjoy a great view over the harbour and you can walk to the beach in a couple of minutes. 」

Unfortunately there were some technical problems: • The air condition in the master bedroom makes a huge noise. • It takes a long time to get warm water everywhere. • The shower in the two bed room was not working, no warm water and stop and go. • To be able to enter and to come of that shower, you need to be an acrobat! • The water everywhere, also in the kitchen came irregular and stopped suddenly. • Depending on the wind there...
