「年末に3泊予約をしました。チェックインしたところ、なぜか隣のリゾートホテルに回されました。同じグループとのことで、こちらは満室だからということでした。となりのリゾートホテルの設備も悪くはないと思うのですが、ガーデンビューといいながら、なんだか山の中にいるみたい、なんだかすっきりしませんでした。ビーチまでは徒歩15分、ビーチチェアもホテルに宿泊していないから、とのことで無料で借りることができませんでした。ビーチはきれいで、スノーケルもすぐ近くでできます。朝の散歩を楽しむ意味でも、そちらに泊まってホテルを評価してみたかったです。」

「Such a great experience upon arrival. Concierge, Gorety met us in the parking lot. She provided a tour of the property and was available if needed. The outside of the property may be a turn off due age and simply the weather can be tough on the exterior; however you open the door and this place was amazing - nice upgrades throughout. Many options available right at this marina for excursions including: parasailing, jet skis, and sailing trips. Just a short 5 minute taxi ride to Red Hook for additional dining and shopping and ferry rides to St John. Be sure and check out Sudi’s restaurant which is just a short walk up the hill.」

「This was our second stay at this property; the last was five years ago in 2019. Room was very clean and amenities as expected. Staff was friendly but noticeably less responsive to simple requests than we recall from our previous visit. Example we asked for paper towels, tissues, and tp at the midpoint of our 5 day stay; were told we'd receive them right away and never got them. Parts of the property looked run down and we were wondering if a storm had hit them and they were still repairing....
