「There was no breakfast scheduled. They did not offer an explanation. They hosted a prom on Saturday evening and the guests were basically ignored during the evening and morning after. The food was not appetizing!! The rooms were clean, however, we realized that the sliding door would not lock. Maintenance came to take a look nonchalantly and left without a solution. You do need an all wheel drive vehicle and should definitely arrive while it is still light out. The WiFi was dependable.」

The cable went out and never came back on, the light on the balcony didn't work, the coffee machine was clogged and blew hot coffee throughout the room, and the hair dryer actually blew up...
