"I booked this hotel based largely on the fabulous looking pool. We arrived to find it was closed for the season. The surly receptionist said their terms make this clear (I checked their website and found nothing). It put a dampener on our stay. The main restaurant was also closed. We were advised we could use their other restaurant. We checked it out, it is really a locals bar, which I normally wouldn’t mind but it was filthy. Tables were uncleared and cigarette butts lay everywhere. Shame...

"The property was stunning, absolutely massive, very clean, had so much to do there and the views were gorgeous. The hosts were so easy to communicate with and any problems were fixed immediately. "What a fabulous property. It was so beautiful. Seemed a little like the middle of nowhere but really close to Segovia. The hotel is set around a stunning courtyard. We had a lovely apartment which was perfect for us. It even had a jacuzzi to rejuvenate us after our travelling. "
