SatNav had a difficult time finding the hotel! The room was large/quiet/& clean. Parking was easy and safe. We had booked dinner at the hotel and the restaurant was very good. Service and staff very friendly. Breakfast was also served in their restaurant and was good and varied. Overall we thought that this was the best hotel that we had stayed at on our trip.

Great hotel in a Great neighborhood.....

Well..... just by luck I selected a hotel which is in the best neighborhood in Oberhausen... What impressed me most was that it was quiet..... For a family Oberhausen has everything: Good schools....ice skating....beautiful football field.....a forest 100 meters from the hotel.... great bakeries.... The restuarant in the hotel was fantastic.... Nice people....great food..... The steak, literally, was like butter..... And my guests said their food was also delicious.... It's NOT Las Vegas..... Wonderful hotel, in a wonderful city, very nice neighborhood.... I had a great time......

- Haare auf dem Bett und wir sollten selbst beziehen -Keine Minibar, kein Wasserkocher oder sowas - Bad nicht 100-% sauber - Heizung ging nicht richtig, dadurch sehr kalt - Keinerlei Service beim Frühstück, nicht mal eine Nachfrage, ob wir alles haben oder ob alles schmeckt.. +/- Frühstück war sehr lecker, aber für den Preis kann man wo anders frühstücken mit weit mehr Auswahl und Service. + Auf Nachfrage wurde uns ein Frühstück erstattet. Wir wollten uns 4* gönnen für ein Date- Wochenende und wurden bitter enttäuscht und das für den Preis pro Nacht OHNE Frühstück… Ich glaube, dass Essen im Restaurant ist bestimmt sehr sehr gut, aber vom Hotel würde ich abraten.

Geweldig hotel voor bezoek van Ruhrgebied

Echt een meevaller dit hotel en restaurant. Onze eerste indruk ; wauw dat is hier mooi ingericht en proper. 2 boxspringbedden waarin we goed geslapen hebben. Grote badkamer met mals badlinnen en geweldige regendouche. Klein balkon met 2 zeteltjes. Alle vensters kunnen open , dat vinden we altijd een pluspunt. Parking was ruim , gratis en eventueel nog plaatsen op straat. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en staat voor alles klaar. Ontbijt van 06.30u in buffetvorm. Niets op aan te merken. Gewoon heerlijk en enorme keuze. 2 x lunch genomen in het restaurant en dat was super lekker. Zelfs een vegan menu.

Heerlijk weekendje weg

In één woord geweldig. Het hotel was super schoon. De ligging praktisch. Parkeergelegenheden voor de deur aanwezig. Het personeel en de service was top. Het ontbijt met champagne was uitgebreid en heerlijk. Kortom voor mij voor herhaling vatbaar.
