「街の中心部にあって観光や買い物に便利でスタッフも非常に親切でした。部屋は綺麗でしたが、窓の閉まり具合が悪くロックすることができずセキュリティに不安を感じたのと、夜にスタッフが誰もいなくなる日があり救急の用事があった場合どうするのか不安になりました。また英語が通じないスタッフが多いので少しコミュニケーションが取りづらいかも知れません。」

「Our room (the Casablanca) was hands down the most colorful, gorgeous room we have stayed in and we have traveled a lot. The tilework was next-level and brought us so much joy. The rooftop is equally gorgeous, with food and nightly music that are not to be missed. The entire property makes you smile. And the only thing better are the people who work here. Each person went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and when my husband was ill, Rachida came up to give us her duvet,...

「マラケシュ門からすぐでロケーションは大変便利です。 スタッフもとても親切でした。 部屋のインテリアも大変可愛いく、凝っていました。 朝食も豪華で、卵料理を好きなように調理してくれました。 残念だったのは、部屋のドアがきちんと閉まらなかったこと、シャワールームの排水口から下水の匂いがしたこと、ダニに刺されたことです。 安くはない価格のホテルなので、ちょっと勧められないかなと思いました。 」

「Very nice Riad, very well located and with outstanding staff & service. Nicely comfy rooms. The only minus is that we can hear a bit the noise of the surrounding bars & clubs, which is not a big issue (and it is probably unavoidable in a Medina like the one of Essaouira). 」
