Hakeema was very nice and gave me a map pinpointing everything. Her husband was also kind. They provided breakfast every morning. This place was walking distance from Supratours bus.

Central to the medina

The owners were very helpful and it is very central to the medina. The breakfasts were lovely. However the room was cramped and the bathroom was actually in the room, so you could hear everything. A nice place but I would be very careful about which room you book

An oasis - but you have to get to it!

Friendly hosts and full of character. But it is a basic B&B in part of a very old market area and as soon as you walk out the confines it hits you! People buying and selling and invariably crowds of people often in narrow dimly lit streets. An experience yes. But you probably would not want to stay too long even with the oasis of your lodgings to escape to!

Trop cher pour ce qui est offert par d'autres hébergements comparables. Petit déjeuner est plutôt ordinaire. La literie et serviettes auraient besoin d'être renouvelées pour maintenir à niveau la qualité initiale. Etant donné la rudesse du climat maritime d'Essaouira pour les bâtiments, Dar Daryana mériterait plus d'attention. Mais je me dois de souligner la gentillesse du couple chargé d'assurer l'accueil, le service aux clients et l'entretien.

Lovely riad in the Essaouira medina

This hotel is very charming and cute, has a great location, and the staff, Hafid and Hakima, were extremely helpful and welcoming from when I arrived to when I left. I had one of the smaller rooms, the Corail, but it was still quite comfortable, clean, had a good shower and a nice view. For a small extra price you can have breakfast in the courtyard. Overall everything was excellent and I highly recommend it.

Beautiful, calming B&B with delicious breakfast and amazing courtyard. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable and relatively spacious. Location was ideal, inside the medina but easy to find and close to shops and restaurants. The managers, Hekima and Hafid, were Not only very knowledgeable but an absolute joy.

Fantastiskt ställe, en riktig oas! Vi fick fin information om staden och tips på vad vi skulle göra och några smultronställen i Essaouira. Det har sagts innan, men tål att upprepas, underbar frukost i den fina trädgården. Hade gärna stannat lite till och om vi återvänder till Essaouira hoppas jag vi får tillfälle att bo här igen!

Excelente Riad regentado por una pareja Marroquí. Son muy acojedores y amables. Todo está muy limpio y cuidado hasta el detalle. Los desayunos son muy buenos y caseros. Os sentireis como en casa en el centro de esauira.

Great location

We were welcomed from the moment we arrived. Hague and Hawkins are amazing. There was always someone on hand if we needed help. The breakfast was amazing. To sum up great location, amazing hosts, friendly service, clean, breakfast to die for. We will be back on our next trip.

Delightful

The riad is charmingly decorated and the managers, Afid and Hakima were fantastically welcoming and made our stay wonderfully relaxing. This was our second stay at the property and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Dar Dayana to my friends and hope to have the opportunity to return.

A Maroccan gem

This place is just fantastic. The managers are a cute and super friendly couple. They will help you with all your needs and provide you with a fantastic breakfast! It's only a 4 room riad so it's perfect in you want an intimate feeling. Each room is different from the next! We stayed there by our selfs and it was just amazing. There rooftop terrance is good, but its the garden that really makes it super. Can't recommend this enough!

Séjour magique

Nous avons séjourné 3 jours dans se Riad et nous nous sommes régalé les gérants du Riad sont très serviable ils ont expliqué beaucoup de chose lors de notre arrivés sur Essaouira se qu'il fallait visité se qu'on pouvait faire, ou se trouvée les super marchant d’épice, d'huile d’argan... Leur petit déjeuné et copieux et super bon. Nous regrettons juste le matelas qui était trop dur pour nous, mais sur le reste rien à dire! Merci à vous 2 pour notre séjour super!

Everything was nice with this Riad. Nice hosts, Good service, we felt welcome, nothing seemed to be a problem. And of course the breakfast With homemade bananajam. So this is actually a "nobrainer". Book it!!
