"We had a nice week-long stay at this apartment, and the host was easy to reach. Checking in/out was very simple, and the location was fine for us. The bedroom (with its enormous television) was huge, and the kitchen and bath were also good-sized. It was easy to relax. The towels were thin and the rooms are small. There was no milk for tea or coffee in the room and very limited supplies of tea and coffee. Also I like how they have a self service nibble and drink lounge for free so I can fill up my water bottle whenever I need. Have hot water. Room temp water and a coffee machine free to use. Comes with some free croissant too."

"We arrived at 3am and the night concierge was very helpful. The breakfast was manic and they could not cope with the number of guests food ran out and even plates ran out. The room was lovely and clean and the housekeeper she was amazing, we only saw one, a lovely dark skinned lady who was working extremely hard trying to clean all the rooms and doing so with a smile, simply amazing. On the way out we were stuck in the car park as the reception team did not tell us the code changed. Overall lovely clean hotel good service, breakfast was not good, great housekeeper."

"This was a basic room that did what we needed as a group of girls on a weekend away. Avoid the overpriced breakfast, fill your water bottle with the free water and walk 10 minutes then you have all the cafes you need. Excellent location opposite the exit from Eurostar. Good shower, comfy beds (even the camp ones we needed) Main issue was the AC, no cool air at all. The room was very hot. First member of staff told us to come back and tell their colleague later, second tried to help said it had been looked at and offered a fan. Finally on the last morning Ingrid was more helpful and explained that it’s not ‘on’ until the end of May. That could have been explained sooner and more clearly. We had a great time but the customer support could have been better. "
