"The apartment is good value,well situated near one of the beaches and it is great to be on the ground floor. We appreciated the washing machine and the kitchen facilities provided and overall we were happy with the communication provided by the agency. But unfortunately when we had a problem accessing the information due to problems with our email ( not our fault nor the property manager’s) we were disappointed that despite all our efforts we were not able to gain access to the apartment on the first night. The advertising with the listing could make it clearer which numbers to call in a case such as ours where due to no fault of our own we did not receive the information sent by the agency- even though we now know they sent it all.
