「WOW, what an incredible and beautiful place to stay!! My room was absolutely lovely, great assistance from staff. The location is gorgeous, the views, the people. Juan was a great help to us.
It is a very steep hill to get in and out but just take your time. As they say, it’s hard with rolling bags because of the cobblestones but I was able to lug my bag up, they do offer assistance if you request in advance!
I will be back, thank you!!」

「In one word: nightmare.
I'm still waiting for the host to respond to my request. The lack of communication and support has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
I paid in full, and after the host told me she needed the house back, for a personal situation I agreed to help by leaving early. Instead of working with me fairly, she suddenly tripled the price and stopped responding to my messages.
At the time, I was in the hospital helping my mom, and doing my best to resolve the situation....
