Cozy studio attached to a house on a gated property located on the highest point in a nice and safe neighborhood. Studio has its own private entry, parking, gazebo, no shared amenities. You will enjoy a peaceful and family friendly location with all the best park, trails, beaches and attractions in San Diego Lookout Haven is a private, gated property perched on a peaceful hilltop, offering three separate, private recently remodeled rentals—with no shared spaces. Set on 1 acre of land, this tranquil retreat provides guests with stunning views, modern amenities, and easy access to local attractions. Perfect for those seeking privacy and comfort, Lookout Haven is a serene getaway just minutes from everything you need. The studio (Which is the listing you are looking at) was recently fully remodelled, It features brand new furniture, appliances, gorgeous bathroom, spacious gazebo. Very clean, modern, warm and open, you will feel at home as soon as you step on the property. Wake up to the sounds of birds chirping while being couple of minutes away from the town. Closest EV charging station is less than 2 minutes away and laundromat is about 4 min away. The entire 1 acre property is gated, secure and private with spectacular views of mountains. Automated gate and smart lock on the main door allows you to have access to your space without any interaction. All codes and wi-fi passwords will be communicated on check-in day. I am very responsive. If you need or have questions, please do not hesitate to message me or call at night. The owners are usually on the property and i can be there in less than 10 min to help.. This neighborhood is located minutes away from Freeways 78 and 15. Located right on the border of Escondido and San Marcos, this home is minutes away of plenty of dining options as well as grocery stores. Centrally located in San Diego a quick 20-30 minute drive gets you to North County beaches, Temecula wine country (27 min), the San Diego Safari park (16min), Balboa park (32 min), downtown San Diego (34 min), Gaslamp district (37min), North park (33 min), San Diego Zoo (35 min) , Sea world (35 min), Legoland (25min) San Diego airport (39 min) The studio is attached to the main house but is completely private. No pet policy including service pet due owners allergy to animal hair. Immediate checkout without refund + $800 specialist cleaning fee will be applied to violators. Check out time is 11am. The cleaning crew has very narrow window to clean for the next guest so we appreciate your promptness. Due to past issues, we are now charging $50 every 15 min spent on the property and the house after checkout time. Thank you.

Check out time is 11am. The cleaning crew has very narrow window to clean for the next guest. We are now charging $50 every 15 min spent on the property and the house after checkout time.
1-put used dishes in basket inside the cabinet 2- make sure to turn off all lights, all spigot and A/Cs , 3-Put the trash in the garbage cans by the driveway. 4-leave the gate opener on the table
5-Make sure to lock the door by pressing KWIKSET on the smart lock. The red background light indicates the door is lock 6-Please, notify when you are all checked out. Have a great day. Thank you.

Cute newly remodeled studio

Nicely decorated, clean. I gave it only four stars because there are quite a few stairs to get to the studio room. Plus, you can hear the people next-door.

Short Stay in Escondido

I used to live in Escondido and needed to return to finish up a few tasks. This property very nice to stay in and had everything I needed. It was also nice that a Vons was near by. It was quiet and I slept well in the bed. The bathroom was really nice. I would definitely stay there again!!

Great Property

Great property with stunning views. Host was communicative and the studio was perfect for my needs. Local area had good food and Wal Mart, Vons etc were really close. Overall a great property.

Charming studio w/added bonus of gazebo patio

This charming studio located conveniently about 1/2 mile off I-15 was perfect for a quick trip to a friend’s wedding. About 1/4 mile to a grocery store and other conveniences yet incredibly quiet and private. Went for a run in the neighborhood each morning and felt perfectly safe. Corine was helpful at every turn. This studio has an incredibly comfortable bed, spacious closet, mini fridge and microwave. Wine glasses, plates, bowls and coffee mugs accompanied by a keriug coffee machine supplied all our needs. Be sure to enjoy coffee in the morning on the Adirondack chairs in the gazebo. The sunrise is stunning! We would love to return for a longer stay.

Lovely Hill Top View

We were thankful for this studio a couple of miles from our family's property. Easy access, great signage, enjoyed hot chocolate in the gazebo. Maybe we missed it in the posting, but we were surprised to learn this studio is built above the main house. It has it's own private entrance, but the main house occupants also have access to rooms on the same floor. The sound traveled easily through the walls and floor, and it did not help that the group in the main house were boisterous. The seal on the shower door needs to be replaced, but other than that, we would likely stay here again.
