Completely remodeled, well lit, very spacious 4 bedroom with the view of Little Bay De Noc and some of the best sunrises and sunsets on Lake Michigan. Come Experience our downtown, Sandpoint Lighthouse, our Municipal Marina, beautiful Ludington Park, shopping, dining, a brew pub, winery, bars, and restaurants all within a walking distance of our central location. Escanaba is centrally located when exploring the UP via day trips and world class fishing is only minutes away.

We had a good time gathering together in this location. Julie was excellent in her quick response to any questions I had. We always enjoy being by water and it was great that we could view Green Bay when we went outside. The walk to the lake park was fun and we felt very safe in the area.

We stayed here last year as well! Great location, close to everything but also away from the noise. But a heads up if you are a light sleeper, depending on who’s staying upstairs, they’re not super quiet, last year fine, this year a little louder but overall good stay!

Convenient and spacious

Surprisingly large apartment. One bathroom - but that was known at booking. Plenty of space to spread out. Big kitchen and coffee area. A/C was fine but spotty as not all rooms had their own window unit. Location was fine close to the big park and main downtown street. This is a quiet town even in the middle of summer.

Vacation Rental

Very nice place for our family. Place was as described. Only negative was one of the bedrooms had a very uncomfortable bed, we couldn't use it and ended up on the sofa bed. The house was very well supplied and we had everything we needed.

100 times better than a hotel

This place was located perfectly between the park and the main drag where all the food is. And the kids lost their minds every time they walked out the door and saw Lake Michigan with a big cargo ship setting in port. My wife loved the coffee bar available to use. I would say if I would have to criticize anything I would say we should have picked a place with two bathrooms but that’s on us. On days all 6 of us came back at the same time to get ready for bed didn’t work out too well. The beds are also older and firmer so hopefully in the future that would possibly be updated soon. But again great stay hopefully it’s available next year for the fair.

Wonderful experience

Very comfortable and clean suite. The beds were super comfy and we had everything we needed. Plenty of space to spread out, yet still feel at home. The location was perfect; walking distance to the park and local restaurants, and the neighborhood was quiet despite being in the city. Would definitely stay here again!
