"I like the convenience of Ibis Budget and I’m generally happy with it overall. However, I’m realizing that not every Ibis Budget is created the same. The furniture may be the same but there are other differences. In Vienne, France, just a week ago, I paid for breakfast and found that it had choices which exceeded my expectations and I could help myself easily to everything. In Blois, however, the choices were minimal and my tray with the strict minimum cutlery, coffee cup, plate , and single napkin was set for me to add food to. There were no bowls to be found for the yogourt or fruit salad. The expectation is that you’ll place the wet and runny stuff on your plate with the rest of your breakfast. A bit… unsettling. But a minor aggravation in an otherwise good stay."
