"Me and my friends had a delightful stay at this hotel. Staff were friendly and the place was clean. Would stay here again. "

"Avoid it. We notified the reception saying we would arrive at 11pm. They said fine door will be open and key inside. When we arrived the door was locked, no key available and no one was answering the phone. Nice to have to find a hotel at midnight with wife and two kids. Avoid it at every cost. "

"The beach is very pretty, clear water, very calm. the area is clean, safe, nice environment. The hotel is a little old fashion, could benefit from an air condition unit as it has only fans. Staff is friendly and helpful. will be useful to provide beach towels too, we bought them in local store, but since we are traveling and is something extra to carry on. Kitchen has useful appliances and stove. "

It was particularly nice to have a decent sized balcony area with a small table and chairs isolated from adjacent balconies for privacy. "We had a great week here at AluaSoul, I don’t know what the poor reviews are about but the all inclusive option had as much food and drink to satisfy an army. The Staff are all very welcoming, friendly and efficient, the rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The food is excellent with a variety of choices everyday cooked fresh with something for everyone. We’ve been several times before and certainly will be back, thank you."
