「Percy's place was amazing. It is located in a beautiful residential area in a very quiet neighborhood. It has a great screened in back porch with very nice furniture. The house was equipped with everything you need to cook meals in the oversized kitchen. The rest of the house was also well stocked with essentials so there was no need to rush to the store. If I ever need to rent a home in that area again, I will definitely check this house first. Thank you Percy for making our stay so...

「The house was horrible. The bones were great, but it was very dirty and rundown in many areas. Mini blinds were broken and did not reach the bottom of the window. Heat vents were rusted. Shower curtain had pink slime on it. Hair and dirt in the corners in the bathroom. Pots and pans in the kitchen had crust in the bottom and were unusable. No trash cans in bathrooms and no toilet paper upon arrival. All linens were very worn, towels, sheets and comforters. Very unkept. A little money...

「The Sleep by Numbers bed was broken, and the frame was so wobbly we couldn't use it. Effectively turning this into a one-bedroom. Additionally, we found used washcloths behind the bathroom door. The dishwasher was not secured to the countertop and pulled out when I tried to open the door to load it. I was unsure if it was operational, so I did not use it. There was also peeling paint from the ceiling and walls. This is a very nice area, but the property needs some maintenance.」
