Our family greatly enjoyed our stay at this cozy cottage. It was very clean, warm and updated and well equipped with amenities. The pond community is quiet and this is a wonderful location for those who love to hike and explore nature. I would highly recommend.
This property is an absolute gem. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. The home is in immaculate condition. Beds are very comfortable, bathroom has everything you need and the kitchen is fully equipped. Tony is an amazing host. Very responsive and accommodating. You won't be disappointed.
We stayed for a full month and loved it! It was just what we needed and Tony has thought of everything. He was great to work with. The house was clean and everything we needed was available. Our only negative at all was probably our own expectation....from the website description we were expecting the house to be a little more remote/quiet. We were surprised to drive into a full neighborhood. But, we were ok with it once we settled in. Tony was great and the house was great! If we are ever back, we will definitely book here!
Everything inside is either new or recent, and everything is well kept and spotlessly clean. Insulation is superb; we didn't need to run the A/C until my wife cooked on the last day, and noise from outside was minimal or non-existent. There are more houses and people in the area than we expected. Akers Pond is very nice, although I wish the power boats and water skiers would have stayed away (we were in our kayaks). The water temp in the shower seemed to change during the shower a little bit on its own, but the dispenser with shampoo/conditioner/body wash was a really nice touch. Not as many flat/easy hiking trails as we would have liked, but that's not the fault of the house or the owner. Lots of ATV's and trails in the area. The owner really wants to be as helpful as possible, very helpful. Thanks Tony!
The place is nice for the value. We were a little concerned when we pulled in. The outside of the home could use some iodating and new windows. Once inside it was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the basics for preparing meals. Check in was easy.
This place is a surprise,,outside impresssion so-so but once inside what a gem,,everything you need,,well stocked,,decorated, etc...perfect for our needs,,
The cabin is nice and cozy and was clean and so thoughtfully decorated and stocked with all we needed to cook, had coffee and a keurig type machine. Right across the street there is a nice pond in a quiet neighborhood. Errol is a beautiful little town that has literally stolen our hearts. We will definitely visit again.
It was peaceful and quiet. Nice location with access to fishing right across the street. The house is beautiful inside, pictures don’t do it justice! We were able to have a fire the first day before it rained, nice fire pit! It was a nice get away for my Dad for Fathers Day! Thank you for the stay Tony!
It was perfect for us for what we do,the lake was beautiful and the fishing was fantastic. The camp it self was very clean and had everything you possibly could kneed., well maintained. The only thing I didn't care for there was food left in the fridge and freezer, like a old steak
The cabin was perfect for us and we really had a great time! The kitchen had just about everything you would need. Didn’t catch any fish but that’s ok. The only thing negative to say was the yard wasn’t mowed and we really needed another trash barrel. One barrel doesn’t cut it when you’re there for a week. We would definitely stay again! The host was easy to talk to and was quick to respond.
My boyfriend and I stayed here for our annual leaf peeping trip. This cabin was only 15 minutes away from Table Rock Trail in Dixville Notch which is a relatively steep but short trail with an absolutely incredible view at the top! The cabin was perfect, right across the street from a beautiful lake, in a quaint quiet neighborhood. The cabin was well stocked, had coffee and a keurig type machine, shampoo, soap, and clean towels, and communication with the host was excellent. He was very quick to respond and answered all my questions and provided recommendations for things to do and see nearby! Would 100% stay here again!
