This charming 115 m² flat with mountain views, which can accommodate up to 8 people, is available to rent in Err. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 40 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and two shower rooms. Wifi (fibre optic) included. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 40 m² living room with sofa and TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) and en-suite shower room with WC
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160x200), bunk bed (sleeps 2) and en-suite shower room with WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer and iron.

Outside:
- A 25 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Err, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the streets of the town, close to the flat.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Err, 110m away, with the Petit Train des Pyrénées.
- Nearest airport: Perpignan-Rivesaltes 97 km away (about 1h35 by car)
