This charming 71 m² house in Erquy, less than two kilometres from the beach, has a shared swimming pool in the residence and can accommodate up to 4 people. It comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a veranda, two good bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 250 m². with unlimited WiFi access.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 35 m² living room with TV, sofa and armchairs.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- A south-east-facing veranda (approx. 15 m²) with dining area.
- Shower room.
- Separate WC.
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a large wardrobe.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds and a storage/cloakroom area.

Outside:
- Two shared swimming pools in the residence (heated), secured by a gate, open from mid-June to mid-September, opening dates subject to change. Outdoor shower and toilet facilities nearby.
- A beautiful enclosed garden of around 250 m².
- An 18 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Erquy, in a very pleasant setting within a tree-lined residence. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Le Guen beach 1 km away, St Pabu beach 5 minutes away by car.
- Water sports: beach, sailing...
- Unspoilt beaches (Lanruen beach is a 20-minute walk away).
- Hiking trails along the coast (GR34).
- Ornithology.

- Visits to the Emerald Coast.

Transport :
- You can park directly in front of the house gate (1 to 2 vehicles) or in the residence's visitor car park.
- Nearest train station: Lamballe, approximately 28 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Rennes, about 1 hour 20 minutes by car.

- The swimming pools are in the residence about 100 metres walk from the accommodation.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
