Bel appartement avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Meublé avec soin et amour. La deuxieme chambre est petite, adaptée à dormir. Endroit très calme. Une vue magnifique sur la mer. Le stationnement se fait autour de la maison. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. Très bon contact avec les propriétaires.

Belle vue, logement de plein.pied, terrasse avec jardin privatif. 2 chaises longues, A 8/10 mn à pied du port, de la plage, des commerces. Le cap d'Erquy et ses plages sauvages sont fantastiques. Bonnes balades sur le GR34. Arrivée autonome.

Abreise nach zwei Tagen

Gute Lage, toller Ausblick, sehr nette Vermieter. Leider gibt es ein massives Schimmelproblem in allen Zimmern und dem Kleiderschrank, was zu gesundheitlichen Problemen führte. Teilweise sehr renovierungsbedürftig! Vermieter waren kulant, sodass wir abreisen konnten und die Kosten teilweise erstattet bekommen haben.

Un endroit excellent pour découvrir la Côte de Penthièvre et la Côte d'Emeraude

Appartement situé idéalement dans Erquy, calme et vue imprenable sur la baie. Très bon accueil et disponibilité des propriétaires. Proche de Saint Malo, Saint Brieuc et des stations balnéaires (Val-André, Cap Fréhel, Dinard ..) et aussi de plages + sauvages au nord (Sables d'Or les Pins). Nous recommandons sans hésiter !!

Location qui correspond à l'annonce, bien équipée avec du matériel de qualité, très belle vue, commerces, plage, port chemin de randonnée à proximité, tout peut se faire à pieds si vous n'avez pas peur des montées. Propriétaires accueillants et à l'écoute. Point négatif table intérieure un peu petite heureusement nous n'étions que deux.

Location parfaite pour 2. Pas beaucoup de place pour tourner autour du lit et miroir de la salle de bain trop bas pour 2 grands comme nous, mais ce sont les vacances et on s'adapte. Une location très bien équipée, une vue superbe, des loueurs très sympathiques

Dès la prise de contact, une réactivité immédiate de nos loueurs. Un contact facile et chaleureux, une totale confiance s'instaure d'emblée. Une grande souplesse en ce qui concerne les heures d'arrivée et de départ, montrant une générosité désintéressée. La vue est tout simplement époustouflante sur la baie et le port d'Erquy. La location dispose de toutes les commodités et est très confortable. Il est possible de garer sa voiture à proximité, dans l'enceinte de la résidence . Nous sommes venus en plein mois de décembre par un temps peu clément, qui ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la terrasse et de la pelouse face à la mer, ce qui doit être bien agréable en saison estivale. Il n' y a aucun bruit ce qui permet de bonnes nuits et un calme total. La localisation permet de pouvoir naviguer dans la région sans être éloigné des différents centres d'intérêts; le cap Fréhel,Fort Lalatte, Dinan, Dinard, Saint Malot, ...La ville dispose de commerces de proximité et d'un centre commercial peu éloigné. Bref nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location à de futurs touristes, quelque soit la saison. Un grand merci à nos loueurs pour leur excellent accueil.
