「No free breakfast even though I paid for Did not clean the room or provided towels even though I stayed two nights」

「Just one line, one of the best experiences I ever had.」

「This place is a」

「The bathroom had a hole in the wall open to the outside and was not clean or safe. One bath towel and one hand towel for the two of us. The room was tiny, did not seem to match the pictures. Breakfast was cold though we were there at the appropriate time. Staff tried hard but there were constant language issues even with Hindi and English. We left with several nights already paid for because we just couldn’t stay in that environment. Do not recommend!」

「Had a great stay at Vivianta. Enjoyed the pool and when we got back there was some snacks and fruits for the kids. Best ever」
