A Zen place with private pool/gym/ping pong/piano/pool table/sauna/hammam & more

Enjoy the numerous amenities Zenitsa offers exclusively for the guests: a yard with a 7x3m swimming pool, a BBQ, a dining kiosk, a giant chess and an open-air cinema; also, a fully equipped gym with a treadmill and a bicycle, a ping-pong table and a soft-tub. Indoors fun include a piano, a snooker/pool table and a darts board. In the master bedroom we may add a single bed at 30 euros pd and a baby cot. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and a hammam, and the other with a bathtub and a sauna

This vacations’ home is a 150 square meters autonomous ground floor part of a two-storey house situated at the hills of the scenic gulf of Dardiza/Achladitsa, 300 meters from the sea front. It has independent entrance and security system and an ample parking open space for three cars and a covered space for one car. The parking is equipped with an air-compressor and a car-battery charger. Two parking spaces are equipped with plugs to slow-charge electric/hybrid cars. All bedrooms have access to the parking space/yard, while the kitchen, living and billiard spaces have access to the utilities yard. The villa is equipped with Alexa automations, an environmentally friendly biological septic tank for the house-waste and a central air-conditioning system which is energy-supported by a photovoltaic installation. There is a well maintained garden comprising olive trees and various fruit trees. The guests shall enjoy the highly acclaimed (by the family) Zenitsa home olive oil, with 0.3 degrees of acidity in the 2021 production. During August the guests shall enjoy ample quantities of figs from our special brand (two-colored) fig-tree. Importantly, from 30 July till 3 September the owner (Stefanos) and his canape dog shall be absent and all the joy will be guest-exclusive! From 4 September onwards the top floor shall be occupied, hence the reduced price. Notably, the advertised jacuzzi is a Canadian soft-tub for three persons with 35C warm water. It is situated at the first floor (owner’s yard) and shall be operated only at the guests' request upon their arrival. For our guests from Spain (or from wherever) we will be happy to provide the proper apparatus to make and enjoy their favorite paella if they so wish! By the way, Zenitsa is an abbreviation of Zen in Achladitsa :-)

Other details to note:
The guests have access to all property parts, except the owner’s lodging on the first floor and the indoors garage which contains sensitive machinery. Notably, the guests are allowed access to the gardening patio at the owner’s yard, where they may find home-grown tomatoes to enjoy! Importantly, the guests will have to tolerate scheduled visits by the pool cleaner and the gardener.

Villa Zenitsa is 10’ walk from the beach (pebbles outside/sand inside water) of Dardiza, which in August is serviced by a very busy canteen during the day. At nights you may enjoy there in tranquility a night swim under the moon light or with stargazing!

Within a 15 minutes’ drive radius the guests shall find amazing beaches with crystal clear waters, while the town of Ermioni is only 5 minutes’ drive away.

Upon your arrival we shall provide you with all little secrets of the town and around, like special gourmet places, night life adjusted to your requisites and worthy excursions, thus making sure that your stay will be memorable from every respect!
