First floor king, bathroom with shower, open kitchen/dining and family room. Upstairs is 2 spacious bedrooms, bath with tub/shower combo. Well stocked kitchen, keurig, k cups and laundry included. We are experienced hosts that live and love our Lakeside neighborhood. Please respect neighbors by practicing quiet time outside starting at 10 pm. ALL VISITORS must be included at the time of reservation, whether staying the night or not. No pets, smoking, vaping or sticky smells on site- violations begin at $500 and will result in immediate cancellation.
