「Too many issues and poor communication with the host. Bed was very loud and uncomfortable. Parking was a mess. Entry door came off the hinges and my boyfriend had to take care of this, the host didn’t respond to his text messages. Asked the host for extra linen’s and never acknowledged or responded back. Very disappointed with the lack of response and customer care.」

Our host was truly amazing immediate responses to any questions we had and gave us all the space you would want from a host. We couldn't be more pleased with our stay. 「Place was in a rough part of town. But that’s not the issue. The issue was the sheets were dirty with some questionable stains. One stain looked like blood so I didn’t feel comfortable staying there.」

「Great place to stop while traveling west. Very easy to find and return to I70. We enjoyed the Old Downtown Arvada for dinner and breakfast ( though the kitchen was very well stocked if wanted to use)」
