「Das Haus liegt in einer wenig besiedelten schönen Landschaft, nur durch einen Feldweg vom Meer getrennt. Wunderschöner Blick von der Terrasse. Sehr günstig als Stützpunkt für Ausflüge nach Palermo, Castellammare, Trapani, Segesta und das Naturschutz-Wandergebiet Zingaro. Schönes großes Schlafzimmer meerseits, die anderen beiden Zimmer sind sehr klein. Bei Problemen wurde uns von den Eigentümern bereitwillig und zeitnah geholfen. 」

「Can't speak highly enough of this villa. It's modern, clean, well appointed. It's just outside Castellammare del Golfo but only a few minutes drive away, as are the beaches. It's secluded and peaceful and we felt very much at home here, which is perfect for a holiday. Massimo and Antonio are wonderful hosts. Their communication throughout was spot on and any questions we had were swiftly answered. It's a perfect base for exploring Western Sicily. Highly recommended.」

La vista sul mare è spettacolare e si possono raggiungere in auto in 5 minuti la riserva dello Zingaro, la tonnara e i faraglioni e le zltre cale. A 15 minuti in auto si trova la spiaggia di sassi di Guidaloca. Le spiagge di sabbia sono a Castellamare. La casa ha due camere da letto matrimoniali e una con letto a castello.」

「We stayed at Villa Livia for three days and hosted our wedding there. It is beyond amazing, we were in awe of everything. The villa and grounds are 10 times better than the photos show. Every corner of the villa and guest houses are pristine and covered in antique furniture and artwork. The houses and grounds are huge. 「We had the most wonderful week at Villa Leukè! The villa is beautiful and clean, with everything you need, the pool is perfect and the scenery is absolutely stunning. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, and kindly gave us excellent recommendations and help with reservations. We loved Sicily and the location was great for beaches and nearby towns. You definitely need a car. I missed in the description that the 3rd bedroom is detached and only a couple of strides from the main villa building...

「The property was very clean. It has four large bedrooms and one small double in a separate little house in the garden. There was air-conditioning in all bedrooms and in the large living room. The host provided great information , including names of restaurants nearby, and there was exceptional support from the housekeeper Teresa and her husband Franci. 「Antonio couldn’t have been a better host. Supper friendly and interesting. Fantastic grounds and beautiful pool. We had a great time and slept in late in the morning! Property was close to lots of historical sites and lets of restaurants with a few miles. Loved this place and I’m sure you will have a great experience. 」
