"It was a nice experience and definitely enjoyed it, if it was great I would have said so. Our toilet seat was broken the tents were a bit tired, and all in all I think an 8/10. The front of house staff were fantastic, the driver on the expensive 4x4 transfer from Mezougah to the tent was not so friendly but nor was he rude or unpleasant so those are the reasons for our rating"

"My wife and I travelled here to stay a night before a tent experience in the Merzouga dunes. The whole experience was 1st class, the greeting, the quality of the rooms, the food was fantastic with the chicken tagine being the best meal we have had so far in Morroco and the breakfast was incredibly generous. It feels like a family business and they welcome you like a family guest. 10/10 from us"

"Avoid at all costs – complete scam! This place is nothing but a tourist trap. After you pay, you suddenly find out that they charge €25 per person just to drive you 10 minutes to the camp. Once you arrive, they tell you that air conditioning is NOT included and demand another €30 per person if you want it. In the desert heat of 50°C, they would literally let you suffocate in a plastic PVC tent unless you pay extra. There is no free water – everything costs extra, even basic survival needs. The whole experience is just pay, pay, pay with hidden fees at every step. To make it worse, they keep changing the name of the camp, so even bad reviews don’t matter because they rebrand under a different name. This is not “luxury” at all, it’s a brutal scam on tourists. Stay away! "

"Très belle expérience en plein coeur du désert. Les pieds dans la dune, littéralement. Service au top (diner copieux et très bon, mais à payer en extra) avec des jeunes adorables qui vous accueillent très bien (petit concert le premier soir). Le wifi ne marche pas dans les chambres éloignées de la tente commune. Pas grave mais faut le dire. Ils vont installer la clim apparemment. En attendant il faut vivre l’expérience authentique. Magique le soir avec les étoiles. Très joli "jardin" pour regarder le désert . Un vrai effort de décoration. Romantique "

"What an incredible experience this was. Hafid and his staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. The setting was spectacular and peaceful. The staff was so friendly and hospitable. The drum circle was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. We enjoyed learning about the culture. A once in a lifetime experience. "
