"The Houseboat Villa Nautica is not for everyone. My wife and I are 70 and enjoy staying in unique accommodations such as the tented camps in Kenya. We are self-sufficient and are comfortable living out of our two carry-on bags. We own property in the Rocky Mountains in Canada and love having our morning coffee on our deck watching the wildlife that call this part of the world home. "The hotel is located at quiet neighborhood, there’s a gas station next to the hotel, so easy to go and buy items you might need. There are two or three bus lines close by, so if you don’t have a rental car and don’t want to use Uber, the bus line is very frequent. Overall, a decent hotel, no complaints. Very clean and quiet."
