La Dolce Vita in Erbach in the Odenwald

Italian ambience in the heart of the old town of Erbach in the Odenwald!

The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the city center, the local train station (2-3 minutes) and is about 55 square meters large. In January 2019, the entire apartment was renovated and furnished with a lot of heart and love in the Italian country house style.

The apartment has a living room with a pull-out sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Wi-Fi and a flat screen TV are also available and can be used.

On the balcony there is the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful view while enjoying one or the other wine, which is made in the cellar itself. The grapes are cultivated and maintained right outside the front door. There is also the possibility to use the garden and in the summer under guidance to use the stone pizza oven in the garden.

Please understand that smoking is only allowed on the balcony and pets can only be brought by prior arrangement.

Kleine, hübsche FeWo nah an Zentrum und Bahnhof

Die Ferienwohnung fanden wir sehr hübsch. Es war alles dabei, was man so braucht. Wir waren zu zweit, da passte das gut. Für vier Personen würde ich sie nicht empfehlen, da man die Toilette nur durch das Schlafzimmer erreicht. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof ist einerseits schön, aber das brummende Geräusch der parkenden Züge war in den frühen Morgenstunden etwas störend. Das Zentrum von Erbach mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Man braucht also kein Auto. Und bis in den Wald ist es Richtung Sophienhöhe oder Brudergrund auch nicht weit. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, so dass wir bei Bedarf gerne wieder hier mieten.

Herrlicher Herbsturlaub

Die Ferienwohnung hatte alles was wir benötigten. Sie war sauber und hübsch eingerichtet. Man konnte sich wohlfühlen. Leider hatten wir nur Regenwetter, aber wir sind trotzdem wandern gegangen und genossen die herrliche Gegend.

Besser geht nicht

Die Ferienwohnung entpuppte sich als kleines Häuschen. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Sehr sauber. Sehr leckerer Wein stand als Gastgebergeschenk auf dem Tisch. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Und das mitten in der wunderschönen Altstadt.

Super schöne Ferienwohnung

Eine wirklich schöne Ferienwohnung direkt am Schloss und in der Altstadt. Sehr modern eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und mit schöner Küche und Bad. Auch ein kleiner Balkon gehört dazu. Absolut tolles Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis!

Wohlfühwohnung und guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge

Eine liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung zum Rundum-Wohlfühlen - auch im Januar. Fußläufig zum Bahnhof und doch ruhig, nur ein paar Schritte bis zur schönen Altstadt und zum Einkaufen. Sehr gut an den ÖPNV angebunden, daher ist es auch ohne Auto ein guter Wander- und Ausflugsausgangspunkt. Wir kommen gerne wieder, dann im Sommer, um den schönen Balkon zu nutzen. Herzlichen Dank, liebes Ehepaar Funiati für den schönen Aufenthalt!

...und zum Ausklang ein Wein auf dem Balkon

Die Unterkunft war überaus sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Bad war sehr gepflegt und hygienisch. Das Fachwerk im Wohnbereich macht die Wohnung heimelig und gemütlich und der Balkon läst gemütliche Abende mit einem Glas Wein o.ä. zu. Die Altstadt ist unmittelbar "ums Eck", so dass man fußläufig alles erreichen kann. WIr haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden herzlichst empfangen. ALles lief problemlos und wir hatten ein entspanntes WOchenende. Jederzeit wieder gerne!

Tolle Wohnung mit tollen Vermietern

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und überdurchschnittlich ausgestattet, sei es die Küche, das Bett oder Utensilien für unser kleines Kind. Ein weiteres Highlight sind die herzlichen Vermieter mit denen man sich sehr gut bei einem hausgemachten Glas Wein unterhalten kann. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder :)

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Wohnung

Moin, es war einer meiner schönsten Urlaube gewesen. Die Ferienwohnung war super sauber und die Vermieterin sehr nett. Man fühlt sich direkt wie zu Hause wenn man abends auf dem Sofa sitzt. Die kleine Küche ist auch sehr praktisch wenn man mal was kleines kochen möchte. Oder einfach eine Pizza geniesst. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und Abend ist das ganze Dorf leise. Meine Freundin meinte sie wurde morgens von den Zügen geweckt, dem kann ich aber nicht zustimmen da ich schlafe wie ein Stein vor allem in solch einem gemütlichen Bett. Wir finden die Ferienwohnung sehr sehr gut und würden jederzeit gerne wieder einchecken dort.

Schöne Wohnung im schönen Erbach

Wohnung und Ausstattung sind sehr gut. Die Vermieter sind auch sehr freundlich und nett. Die Lage in Erbach ist sehr zentral. Man ist schnell überall und hat, auch wenn man kein Auto hat, eine sehr gute Anbindungen. Einziges Manko ist, dass es doch eine gewisse Geräuschkulisse gibt durch die Bahn und den Autoverkehr.

Absolut empfehlenswert, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Lage sehr ruhig, kurzer Weg in den Ort. Baeckerei und Supermarkt in laufnaehe. Apartment nett eingerichtet. Kueche gut ausgestattet. Kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Apartment

Bei der Ausstattung war auch ein Bügeleisen. Im Schlafzimmer wäre eine zweite Nachttischlampe angenehm. Alle Zimmerfenster und der Balkon gehen nach Norden, das Treppendachfenster nach Süden. Vor dem Haus kann man nicht direkt parken, da der Eingang zur Wohnung an einem Seitenweg liegt, aber am 150m entfernten Bahnhof (s. Satellitenbild). Zur historischen Innenstadt sind es wenige Minuten und es gibt dort gute Restaurants. Die Vermieter sind offen und freundlich. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen

Gerne wieder

Der Check in verlief sehr freundlich und schnell, zeitlich sehr flexibel. Das war sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung ist sauber, ordentlich eingerichtet und man hat alles, was man zur Selbstverpflegung braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 5-10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Die Lage der Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Bahnhof und Marktplatz innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das einzige kleine Mako ist, dass das Badezimmer leider nur über das Schlafzimmer betreten werden kann. Somit ist die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer nicht unbedingt geeignet, wenn man sich die Wohnung mit Freunden teilen möchte. Abschließend ist die Wohnung sehr schön und absolut zu empfehlen.
