「This was my first time going with VRBO. I thought going throuh Expedia would help this to be a better experience but that was not our experience. My biggest complaints were all the beds had hair on the sheets. No excuse for this. And the owner had to call and give us the code to the lock box with keys because the keyless entry wasn't working. According to the owner this has been a problem. I had another appointment the next day so I left my husband to wash all the bed linens we were going to use...
