It's on record that a number of guests have posted very positive reviews about the strategic location of the hotel, hotel's ambience, the quality of service, courtesy exhibited by Management & staff etc. Regrettably, Saturday 16th September 2023, the night you stayed with us was 'one of those bad days at the office'. This time round we fell short of the high standards we're reputed for. We sincerely regret the mishaps. On the positive side, and by your own admission, 'the hotel did fix all of the problems after moving to a new room". Whenever such mishaps occur, which one can never rule out, Management acts fast in addressing the mishaps and ensuring that the guest gets the service they deserve and have paid for. Dear Chris, Thank you for staying with us and for posting a review commending our facility and services. Regarding the flaw relating to the lack of hot water for the first 2 days, it's true that since the onslaught of COVID-19 and the consequent decline in room occupancy and in order to avoid power wastage and thereby protect the environment, the housekeepers do turn on water heaters on the day the room is due to be occupied. Unfortunately, on this occasion, the staff inadvertently forgot to turn on the heaters. However, what also escaped your attention was to alert the reception on the first day when you realized that there was no hot water. Had you brought this to our attention, the hot heater would have been turned on immediately. We regret this oversight.
