"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. "Overall, we couldn't be happier with our stay, the communication with the property manager, the check-in process, the location, and the property itself - all top notch and BEAUTIFUL! We walked everywhere - from the Chateau de Chillon to the Middle of Montreux, to the Rocher de Naye. Everything was absolutely stunning. "I hate leaving negative info but for the benefit of future travelers, I have to be honest about a few items with this property: 1. It was absolutely buzzing with flies inside. There was spray and a fly swatter inside which indicates this must be a known issue to the property manager. It made our short stay very uncomfortable. 2. This is not a hot tub, it is a swedish bath.
