"Lovely hotel in central bath Only small issue was we couldn’t check in at 4pm as advertised told to wait no apology given or notification of when room ready. Otherwise lovely staff and room."

"Lovely hotel, convenient location and we got a free upgrade as it was our wedding anniversary which was a lovely touch from the hotel. I asked for a few personal touches to be added to the room as a surprise for my wife and the hotel accommodated this with no issue and even had it in the upgraded room ready. Great service"

"My room is on the second floor, but the lift is currently under maintenance, so I had to carry my luggage and bags up and down the stairs. My luggage was quite heavy. I chose to stay here because I was told there was a lift, especially as I had heavy luggage. The room is clean and tidy."
