「Not every day on vacation brings perfect sunshine, and that was our experience visiting this beautiful home. Despite very unseasonable weather, our entire crew had a wonderful time, though. We had a mix of families and participants from ages 5-58 and there was lots of room for everyone. There were lots of visitor friendly aspects including lots of beach towels, hooks all over to hang things up, an ice maker, and two (gloriously two) dishwashers and ovens. 「We had a fantastic week at Martine’s home. She had a comfortable home with all the amenities we could need as a family of 6. The chickens and ducks were so cute, and the kids loved the rooster! She has a beautiful heated, inground pool with a slide that my kids also loved. Communication was great and we would love to stay again when we are in town! We had a great time.」

「The house was perfect for our get together. The four bedrooms were all very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was adequate though the Keurig machine seemed to be broken. It made a lot of noise but never seemed to heat up. The utensils were a bit lacking. It worked fine for us as we did little cooking but if we had wanted to it would have been challenging. Other than that we found the place to be well cared for and clean. The price was very affordable and fair. We would recommend this to anyone...

「Place was convenient for dropping my daughter off at SUNY Binghamton. Was updated, very well laid out with all amenities, clean, organized, thoughtful. Had kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom all of a nice size for two people. Liked the auto soap dispenser. Easy parking. A bit woodsy if you are not into critters but otherwise quite fantastic for price and location.」
