「Cottage was lovely and quirky comfortable and warm, but there was a few issues, cobwebs in the bedroom table lamp in the lounge gave me an electric shock! Stairs outside need looking at as very worn out and not enough utensils pizza tray didn’t fit the small oven. The local Woodmancote pub was great for Sunday lunch and you get a 20% discount too.」

「This is a rather special and quite unique place to stay. I've long been fascinated by the Deckhouses at Emsworth, houses on stilts overlooking both Thorney island and the harbour. 「We were excited for our stay as working mums some precious time for R&R was much anticipated. The listing on Arbo looked great … nice setting & a hot tub over looking fields was the tranquil getaway we had in mind. However When we arrived we found the hot tun had not been cleaned (like & mud & hair). 「Firstly have to say Henry Adams staff have been amazing as due to our house sale falling through we could extend our stay no problem.
The house is in a perfect location and lovely garden for the pups, great gardener and communication with HA staff..
The home is very dated and unfortunately uncomfortable (we ordered a sofa early just to have somewhere comfortable to relax )
I didn’t feel it was cleaned very well when we arrived but that was rectified quickly!
