"Let me start off saying Ruth and her family are the best ,if your looking to stay in a safe and very quiet place this is it . The house is a pefect size for 2-3 people . I first booked this house for 2 months ,i loved it so much i stayed another month and a 1/2 . Stay tuned for my upcoming review when i finally check out . "

"The pool was enjoyable in everyday. The dogs were good. With the hedges I was able to walk Bella off leash in front yard. Learned some about reverse osmosis, will look into for our home. Grilled almost everyday. Had a great stay now back to the snow. Met up with friends that have relocated. "

"The home was in decent condition, and the property grounds were great. We accidently locked both doors to the master, called the maintenance person, who is apparently on the grounds, and his answer was "we don't have keys for the doors". I told him we will figure it out and he seemed quite relieved to not be bothered. Also, there are quite a few rules. To have access to the grill area was an additional charge and one of the rules was no parties which seemed odd based on the size of the home and promoting it sleeps 16. Overall, a very nice property, Kevin was super responsive and our group of 17-year-old Soccer boys and Fathers had a great time. Would have given it 5 Stars if I could. Still a solid property priced right."

"Beautiful home! We were in town for a weekend to attend a wedding. Home is very functional with a split bedroom layout. Kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials. There were board games available as well as sound machines in each of the bedrooms - perfect for kiddos! Lot is very private, fully fenced in with electric gate. Will definitely re-book next time we’re in Naples! "

"We stayed in a very beautiful home. The home was very roomy and tastefully decorated with gray tones throughout all rooms. However, it was not cleaned thoroughly and there were ants throughout the rooms. The ants were extremely bad in the bathroom of the master suite. A call was placed to Barbara (our contact person) about the uncleaned house and the ants. She promised to send someone out the next day to take care of the conditions.However, they never showed up. Therefore, it left us to do it.She promised numerous times during our stay to send someone, but that never occurred.Actually, she sent a text on the day we were scheduled to depart stating that someone would come and take care of the cleaning, etc.It was a very friendly neighborhood and we met several neighbors. We talked to the owner by phone letting her know how much we enjoyed being in her home, enabling us to have a nice two weeks to relax, day trips to see the area, visit museums and a day visit to Sanibel Island."
