"The staff were helpful and the room was clean. I like having coffee in my room and that was not possible. Had to wait till 7:30 AM for the restaurant to open. Or get dressed and walk around the corner. But overall, it was a comfortable visit in a fantastic neighborhood And I appreciate the kindness and helpfulness of the staff."

"Quietly tucked away in an otherwise bustling section of the city, this hotel with its elegant architecture is an oasis. Staff were friendly, breakfast was hearty, the room and linens were clean, and the price was so reasonable. What I didn't care for was the internal room I was assigned, as it had no windows to the outside. "

"The hotel was beautiful, and the staff were amazing. Very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was great and the location is perfect. It is up a fairly steep hill, but that’s just Bogotá. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend Hotel Muisca. "

"Tres bonne accueil, j’ai eu un problème de santé et j’ai du quitter rapidement, on a accepter de me rembourser et on a tout fait pour nous faciliter la vie, une équipe humaine d’une grande gentillesse ! Un gros merci"
"The service here was above and beyond than expected, very courteous and genuine. I was on a visit with my girlfriend for about a week. The staff there are phenomenal and patient with all the questions i had and resolved anything i needed, Eliot, David, Sophie, and Nickoli were some of the stand out service i could remember they were especially helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were very clean and spacious in my room jacuzzi was a nice touch and decorated by the romantic package was really great, if you want to make a special surprise. They cleaned daily refreshed towels asked if we needed any extra very accommodating. Very worth the stay we didn't go to the sauna but the jacuzzi in the room was great clean, the pool area is not to be missed we went around 8 pm had poolside drinks the pool was warm. Everything was great nice area downtown art district feels. Thanks Hotel Grand Park! Most definitely recommend and will be back as well.
