Vacation apartment near the Emsdeich

The Bakker Huus is located near the Ems dike. The apartment features a spacious living-dining area with access to the large garden. For the kids, there’s a play structure with a slide and a swing. On the terrace, you can relax in the sun on the lounge chairs. At the back of the apartment, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed, a desk, and a separate flat-screen TV. The entrance is private and exclusively for this apartment. The new bathroom is located to the left of the entrance.
From the Bakker Huus, you can quickly reach the Ems dike, where you can enjoy a nice walk or go for a bike ride. The seaport city of Emden is about 5 km away, as is the ferry terminal to Borkum. Or you can drive to Petkum to the ferry terminal and visit the small fishing village of Ditzum; boat tours across the Dollart are also offered from there. Another lovely option is a trip to Greetsiel, the charming old fishing village with its harbor and cozy cafes and restaurants. From there, you can drive directly north past the Leybucht to Norddeich, where you can relax right on the North Sea at the beautiful, long sandy beach.
