"Good location to explore an interesting old town, right next to the huge aqueduct. Very helpful with parking for our motorbikes too - right outside the reception doors where they could be watched 24-7."

"Lovely ancient historical building. Everything very tasteful. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. There was a problem with my coffee machine and the lady and gentleman who came immediately were great. Breakfast was tasty with a wide choice of hot and cold items and I was able to eat it in the courtyard. Room was great with a large balcony overlooking the city walls. The lovely lady on reception allowed me to park my motorcycle in the secure locked courtyard overnight. Room was super too, with nice cold air conditioning even though it was 37C outside! Best of all were the super friendly helpful staff mentioned already plus the staff at breakfast."

"The hotel claimed that the room has air conditioning. However, during our whole stay the temperature of the room was at 27C. If we would have known this in advance, we would not have booked this hotel. This hotel simply doesn't have functioning AC. Furthermore, it was very load in the morning due to some construction/maintenance."

"This is a very well run hotel with excellent staff. Location is not ideal as there are no bars or restaurants within walking distance which is why my partner and I went half-board ( we were there for 3 nights ) - that was a bit of a mistake as the food was not inspiring, there was a distinct lack of choice, no labelling on the serving dishes ( so we couldn't really tell whether something was chicken or pork ), and the restaurant didn't open until 20:30 ( bit late for a Brit ). Would we stay again? Probably not, at least not for 3 nights but the hotel itself represents incredible value for money."
