"My general impression is that the owners have decided to get what they can out of the property without doing any maintenance until it finally folds. The bathroom in the lobby smells like an overused outhouse after a hot summer. Check-in extremely slow. Pool closed as it is broken, same with hot tub. ..."

"This is a darling, cozy, and clean cottage. The grounds around it are very pretty and well kept. We were visiting for Truman State graduation and it was so convenient to be within walking distance of campus and our son’s apartment. I wish we would have found this gem years ago."
