「El lugar es precioso y las instalaciones son muy agradables. Las piscinas están muy bien y el sauna también, aunque es bastante pequeño. Sin embargo, la limpieza de la habitación dejó bastante que desear: las sábanas no parecían estar completamente limpias y encontramos varias moscas dentro de la habitación. El desayuno estuvo bien, pero la variedad era bastante limitada. En general, considero que la relación calidad-precio no está muy equilibrada. Da la sensación de que se paga principalmente...

「現地にスタッフが不在で、入室方法がメッセージで届く。それ自体は問題はないが、hotel.comのメッセージは外出先でエラーが出て読むことが出来ず、電話もつながらず、到着時に大変苦労した。また、wifiの電源がたびたび切れて、きちんと設備が維持されているとはいえなかった。 」

「This ownership doesn’t seem to really cater to its guests- for instance although being a hotel guest they charge you for one of the pools located on the premise same as they do for a non-guest. They also do not offer cocktail service unless you pay for the pool. It’s a bad look makes them look cheap and desperate for cash.」
