「Very clean and spacious property right in the centre of Port of Spain. Helpful staff, good room service and excellent breakfast with local cuisine options which I really enjoyed. Recommended for a first visit to Trinidad. 」

「- Room had to be changed 3 times.
- Bed linens were stained.
- Front desk clerk seemed annoyed when asked to change rooms - said there were no housekeeping on duty.
- Bathroom towels were all mismatched in color as well as heavily stained.
- Vanity drawers contained a spider and cobwebs.
- Room did not even have a complimentary coffeemaker or anything to make a cup of tea in the morning.
- Fridge in the room was filthy.
- Curtains in room was not opaque and allowed light through.
- Bed moved...
