Girls Trip

My mom and I went for a quick girls trip. The house is just as described. Beautiful with plenty of room. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the spa and lodge. I would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Great stay at Miners Gold!

Easy check in. Great details provided by ASVR made the entire stay a breeze. 5-10 minute walk to the Suncadia Swim and Fitness Center, another 5-10 walk from there to the Lodge. Plenty of room for six adults (40-75 years) and two kids (7 and 10 years). Board and other games were great for down time at the house. Kitchen fully stocked and ready for all cooking. Only minor thing was nearly every door squeaked which woke some up when making trips to the bathroom at night or early morning. Throw some WD-40 on those bad boys and you’d be good to go. Great stay overall and would definitely rent again. Thank you!

Great stay

Two families with young children stayed at this great home in Suncadia. There's a playground across the street and plenty to do in the area. The home was clean, spacious, and comfortable for two families. The kitchen was well supplied with the basics for cooking. The kids were thrilled to find toys in the bunk room as well because there's nothing a toddler loves more than discovering toys that aren't their own.

Great family vacation

We really enjoyed this property in the Miner's Camp neighborhood of Suncadia. The home was perfect for our needs and we especially loved the outdoor fire pit where the family gathered every night. The property was very clean and comfortable and the communication with the property management company was exceptional. Suncadia is a beautiful location with its numerous walking trails, pool, and golf course. I would highly recommend this location for family stays.

The house is very clean and in a great location. On the down side there is no tv in the great room, and no door code, only a lockbox with one key, it was not sufficient for several people to only have one house key.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

This was our second time renting this property and we will be back for a third! It’s perfectly located in Suncadia and the kids loved scooting easily to the parks and the lodge. We hung out every night at the fire pit and the kitchen was well stocked for us to cook most meals. The layout with two masters is great for multiple families. The place is also very clean!

Perfect location for sledding

Unbeknownst to us, this house was right next to the best sledding in all of Suncadia! Very steep hill on Prospector golf course. The house itself was perfect, the only thing missing is a hot tub :( Oh well!

Great family getaway

Our family loves coming to Suncadia and this was our first time staying in Miners Camp. It was a great location within the resort and our four year old loved playing on the playground across the street and scooting on the paved paths. The house was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the fire pit in the backyard. It would be nice to have a TV in the main downstairs room. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful!

We stayed for 4 nights as a family of four (two kids, 8 and under). We were visiting family that lives in the Seattle area and have been to Suncadia a couple of times. This house is beautiful! The kitchen had nearly everything needed for cooking and baking! The rooms generous sized and both master bathroom/closets perfect too. We loved the location and bike/scooter. The bunk beds were perfect for kids (toys in the closet too!). We did find it odd to not have a TV in the main living room. We had a larger group and would have loved them to visit for one of the few games we got together for. It would have been odd to have someone sleep on the pullout couch and other people want to watch TV too. However, my spouse and I talked more and I was able to read a book without a TV disturbing me ;) thanks for a great stay.

terrific property in Suncadia

We totally enjoyed our stay with you. Four adults, and with the two separate master suites it worked out great. Close to both golf courses and two bars and restaurants. The property was ready for us when we arrived. We brought our things in and we were ready to go. Ate out two nights and prepared home cooked meals twice. Kitchen is set up perfectly with huge stove and all new appliances. Thank you! There is also a full size washer and dryer. We would suggest having two side tables and lamps in each of the masters. And it would be great is we could have had a TV in the family room downstairs. Having the TV upstairs in the activity loft area is not useful at all, unless only two people are staying at the property. Past those two small things, everything was wonderful. We will stay at this property again nd highly recommend it to others.
