We really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed. There were plenty of towels, blankets and the kitchen was fully stocked. It was in a perfect location to visit Shenandoah. There was a grocery store nearby. It was a short drive to Harrisburg and a Buc-ee's. The owner was so nice. Our family really enjoyed seeing the cows and donkeys nearby when we pulled in. Would definitely stay again if we came back.

A great place to stay near Shenandoah

This is an adorable house very close to Shenandoah National Park. It was well stocked, and we enjoyed sitting out by the fire pit and watching the stars. We like this house so much we've stayed here twice, and would definitely come back!

The pictures don't do this little cottage justice! We were expecting a much, much smaller place (especially the living room) based on the pictures. To say we were surprised at just how roomy the place was is an understatement. The cleanliness, mountain views and location has put this place at the top of our "must revisit" list. Thank you to our host for the fresh fruit, fresh coffee and the box of donuts for us to enjoy during our stay.

I have stayed in many VRBO homes over the past several years, and this home was one of the best. The house was very clean, in great condition and conveniently located. The host made it special by providing clean ice, a couple of bowls of candy and donuts for our group. The bedrooms were all very nice. The living area was comfortable and super clean. We enjoyed the fire pit and very much appreciated the provided wood. What sets this home apart from many others I have rented is the fact that the host really cared about the guests. The small, extra perks mentioned above made us feel very welcomed - a great touch. We would return without hesitation.

Wonderful place!

It was just what we were looking for. Our family reunion was in Massanuten Resort and we needed our own, quiet, place. Very convenient to the resort and local places. Loved the decor and would definitely reccommend this lovely home.

The Coziest Little House

Might just be the coziest place I’ve ever stayed in. It’s fairly isolated and quiet but also fairly close and conveniently located about 10 minutes away from Massanutten Resort. The owner was also very friendly and helpful. We would definitely consider staying here again!

What a beautiful little home! We were pleasantly surprised to find so many extras: shampoo, soap, coffee pods, creamers, yummy cookies and muffins, wood for a campfire with helpful marshmallow roasting sticks...the list goes on and on! We thoroughly enjoyed our time and look forward to staying again.

We loved this "cute" little house (as our 6 year old called it). It was fully furnished and had everything we needed and then some. It was very comfortable and felt like home: bonus candy and cookies were left for us, beds were super comfortable, games were stocked (which our kids really enjoyed), water was hot and strong, kitchen was fully furnished, grill and fire pit were available (with plenty of wood stocked), washer and dryer were easy to access and use. We used this as an in between stop after a week of FCA sports camp at Liberty University, living in a dorm apartment before heading home. It was close to Shenandoah, which we enjoyed for 2 days. We've already talked about making this a regular trip for our family!

So nice!

We rally enjoyed our stay at Susan's cottage. The cows in the pasture next-door, the cleanliness, amenities, fresh fruit, etc. Will be staying here again - Susan was an amazing host! Wish all VRBO hosts were like her.
