「A small group of friends, myself, and my two dogs stayed here to watch the solar eclipse. The spacious backyard was the perfect place for eclipse viewing and the small town was close enough to Lake Placid for a morning shopping trip but far enough away to avoid the traffic. The house itself has GORGEOUS views, a relaxing hot tub (perfect for after a long hike), and a fully equipped kitchen. Overall it was the perfect home away from home to spend a long weekend.」

「Our stay over Memorial Day weekend was excellent. The house suited our family more than adequately and the boys loved they all could move around easily, and of course the hot tub for after our mountain hikes. 「We have rented this cottage in September 2023 to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday with friends. The Owner was very accessible, answered all my questions very fast before and while we were there. The place is beautiful, everything you need to cook is there, and the view from the kitchen and living room is amazing! The master bedroom is beautiful, private and has many windows so you can see the lake when you wake up in the morning. I will definitely go back!」

「The apartment is beautifully managed. It is very cozy indeed. The owner maintained communication with us constantly when needed and his response was on time.
