"Cleaning staff was friendly, but the front desk staff I found rude and didn’t seem to want to be there. I tried calling the front desk multiple times, nobody would answer, the text option they had no answer on that, I went down with questions about checkout, and they responded one word very rudely. The restaurant staff was great, and the food was good. But because of the front desk staff, I will never stay at this location again"

It is a form of deceiving people into booking a room that doesn’t come with the amenities described. Unprofessional and unacceptable. "
