The apartment is on the second floor. Its terrace overlooking the pool of 10m / 3m with shower, children's pool and relaxation area. On the 66m2 solarium overlooking the sea, you can find complete equipment to cook and relax at any time of the day. Full access (Apartment + Solarium) is preferred to people with reduced mobility (elevator).
The residence is just 8 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Alicante and 5 minutes from the beach on foot.
Restaurants, Bars, Supermarkets, pharmacy, bus stop within 500m.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and broadband wifi, large TV with satellite channels can please both children and adults.
Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction hob, fridge + freezer washing machine and 2 bathrooms with toilet.
